We offer flat-rate shipping of PKR 149 for all orders across Pakistan.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
No Return and Exchange Policy:

At Teegraphx, we take pride in the quality of our products. To maintain this quality and ensure customer satisfaction, we have a strict no return and exchange policy, except in cases where the item was damaged during transit.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please send an email to contact@teegraphx.com with clear photos of the damaged item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
Refund Process for Damaged Items:

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

International Shipping:

Currently, Teegraphx delivers only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
